Let’s get real. Anyone can earn a certification (and some of these certifications leave a lot to be desired), learn some exercises, and call themselves a trainer. But working with beginners and older adults takes more than textbook knowledge. It takes patience, communication, empathy, and most of all, the ability to connect with people.
I started this company and for years have had a full roster because I understand that people want to be around those they can actually connect with. Most clients don’t care what their trainers look like naked, or what they eat in a day, they want to know that their coach is listening, and going above and beyond to help them achieve their own success!

Great trainers ask about your goals, your injuries, your fears, and your lifestyle. They know that fitness is a personal and vulnerable endeavor, especially as we age. A plan that works for a 25-year-old lifter won’t work for someone rehabbing a knee or struggling with balance.
