Coach TNT has a dynamic approach to everything he does! He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He has always had a fiery competitive spirit for sports, which has fueled his desire to help others experience the rewarding side-effects of physical activity. From stress relief to cardiac functionality, weight loss, reduced risk of chronic disease, increased energy, better quality sleep, muscle growth and bone density, increased aesthetics, and the list goes on, Anthony understands that while everyone's reasons are different, the common goal is the same...to live a healthier, longer, and more beneficial life.
All health coaches have different philosophies regarding the most effective forms and modes of exercise. For Tony, it's about what you want. He tends toward utilizing body control and body weight exercises as these prove extremely beneficial in terms of mobility, balance, and all-around athleticism. Once you tell Tony your goals/direction, he'll enthusiastically start your life-changing drive to happiness.

If you want to lift the maximum weight you possibly can, we can do that. If you want to lift minimal weight and do as many reps as you can, I’m in! If you want to come in and stretch out on the mats and have a good conversation, I’m in there too! If you just want to run on the treadmill and have me keep you from quitting or falling off, I’ll be there! I want to help you achieve all of your fitness goals!
