Wellness League currently offers group training for adults who are ready to master basic movement patterns and have a great time pushing their body and crushing goals along with others. Choose from several small group training options as follows:

 

Action hero morning starter
Superhero Coach Anthony's moderate to advanced class

The Action Hero Morning Starter is an all-out booty kicker. This is a general strength class that works both the upper and lower body separately and cohesively to build functional and athletic strength.

 

For this class, participants will use free weights, bands, barbells, kettlebells, ropes, cables machines, and medicine balls to GET EPIC. Coach Anthony, AKA TNT, has been known to occasionally throw in body weight movements like pushups, and add calisthenics. Don't worry if this sounds too advanced, there are modifications to simplify each movement. But make no mistake, this is not a beginner's fitness class. You will participate in and learn moderate strength building exercises to increase muscular strength and endurance, and participate in certain versions of high intensity interval training to improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and boost your power output. It is not for the weak, but is great for a total body destroyer and superhero builder.

Coach Nate is ready to help you GET EPIC!!! This class is catered to people who are new to exercise, or who are looking to get back into an exercise routine. It is high energy, high FUN, and a chance to work with the legend himself. This class combines general strength training to improve your physical strength and power outputs with assisted balance work to aid in fall prevention, mobility/stability training to prevent injuries and help to get your body balanced. If that isn't enough, you'll also benefit from specific core training exercises, and low-impact aerobics to improve your cardiovascular endurance and coordination. Top it all off with light stretching and motivation to end the class and send you into your day on an exercise high! You’ll enjoy your time with Coach Nate and quickly see why he is known as the “Bringer of Joy.”

Superhero Coach Nate's beginner fitness Class

In order to have an EPIC life, you have to be able to move. Coach Nate's signature online and at-home program - AGE YOUNG - is also offered exclusively in person at Wellness League for those desiring a little added instruction. The AGE YOUNG class is designed for adults 60 years and older who need exercise to improve their quality of life; to help them reclaim their youthful feelings. If you’re younger than 60 years, but find yourself deconditioned or have been recommended to exercise by a doctor in order to improve your health and vitality, AGE YOUNG is your answer! With AGE YOUNG, you'll learn simple movement patterns that improve functional capacity and ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). You'll get stronger and improve your bone health and density by completing movements with dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls and your own body weight. You'll work to improve your balance using multiple, clinically-proven techniques in a safe and controlled environment. Finally, you'll feel REJUVENATED and energetic as the AGE WHISPERER and BRINGER OF JOY, Coach Nate, helps you to once again believe in your potential. He'll teach you that age truly is a number, and not a condition. This class is different from, but a great addition to, the at-home Age Young program!!
